Overview
Procurement Management is a competitive weapon that distinguishes successful and profitable organizations from others within the same industry. In most cases it is the largest budget of the organization, taking up to about sixty to eighty percent of total payout. The impact of procurement on business performance hits the profit margins. Thus, the smaller the profit margin, the more critical is the focus on reducing the procurement costs and risks simultaneously. Every small improvement in procurement will have significant savings.
