DR B. DASS
Dr Dass comes with 30 years of HR, Learning and Development corporate work and training experience. Early in his career, Dr Dass worked for SMEs’ and MNC before setting up his own human resource and training practice. He worked as a HR Manager in a leading Real Estate Agency with a work force of about 500, before he moved on to Electrolux Group, as their Training Manager at the Electrolux Business School. He ran supervisory, executive and management development programs at the Electrolux Business School. Dr Dass also has served at leading private and public universities including institutions from Australia, UK, USA and France, who are affiliated with local universities. Some modules taught by him, includes, Change Management, Leadership, Human Resource Management, Adult and Continuing Education.
Pauline has been a reputable Training Advisor with Great Eastern Life Assurance (M) Bhd. She had trained approximately 7000 trainees from the agency force nationwide. Being a passionate trainer, she shared her skills and experiences not only to the agency force, but to members of network marketers, upcoming and rising youth from universities and colleges as well as members of associations.
Pauline also possesses the professional skills required for personal styling, personal shopping, image coaching and image consultancy. To be eccentric and to elevate her training experience to another heightened level, Pauline had largely integrated and embraced Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) into the branding and grooming trainings that she conducted.

Mrs Reid with over 18 years of experience in a wide range of language based training in many countries particularly England, Islamabad, Budapest and Malaysia.Marinella holds a Cambridge Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Language (CELTA), at the British Council Kuala Lumpur and a BA Hons in French and Italian from Bedford College, London University 1974/1978.
