Overview
This two-day Working Session provides managers and employees with the system, skills and tools to turn organizational change into opportunities that benefit everyone affected. Organizations need to proactively approach change, which is a constant today, in order to stay on the cutting edge of their business. However, managing this change can “make or break ” the initiative.
Using an Accountability-Based approach, managers strategically plan their real life change efforts. They formulate implementation plans and develop systems to monitor and measure impact of the change, and respond appropriately.
This program is designed to provide managers, supervisors and those affected with the crucial insight needed to successfully manage change, small or large, in their organizations. During this interactive workshop, participants learn, understand and practice what is happening to their business, the changes required to stay relevant, how to change themselves and the organization, and make sure that those changes are successful. And how to foster accountability through their strategies of planning, communicating and implementing the change effort.
