We all recognise that Music and mood are interlinked. Scientists continue to uncover how these influences occur at a neural level. Studies prove that the music we listen to engages a wide range of neurobiological systems that affect our psychology. A recent study by researcher Jacob Jolij and student Maaike Meurs of the Psychology Department of the University of Groningen in the Netherlands shows that listening to particularly happy or sad music changes the way we perceive the world. Stress - related disorders have become increasingly common in our Malaysian society. The wear and tear caused by the pandemic and chronic stress at work can contribute to physical, mental and emotional breakdown. Methodology
In this experiential fun-filled training, the training facilitator adopts a coaching and facilitative approach. It is very important to engage the participants in reviewing their own outcomes in managing time personal stressors and emotional levels.
The activities are designed to illustrate key issues that the participants are facing in managing stress by using Sound Therapy & NLP tools to create illustrations, demonstrations and activities such as role plays, Mind exercises, group discussion & percussion ensemble music exercises.
New skills will be learnt via mind programming methods using practical NLP
