In this hands-on session, Key practices to support an Agile Mindset will be demonstrated so that you have some practical tools to use immediately at work. You will also be left with some deeper challenges about what it takes achieve Organizational Agility.
In Agile Transformations, we see people learning a new mindset or new ways of being that enable collaboration, engagement, and feeling safe enough to take risks. Without the behaviour shifts there is no change – only talk or a shallow veneer.

Course Leader
Mr Patrick Ooi bring to you his 18 years of sales experience from Retail to Regional. He is a certified trainer specializing in sales, delivering impactful presentations and mindset breakthrough.
Being in sales for 18 years and counting, Patrick has discovered a system that has enabled him to successfully close multiple million-dollar deals with large corporations and governments. To add on, Patrick has worked with Fortune 500 companies, impacting and transforming their sales force by achieving phenomenal sales results. By Growing the distributor sales category by 3X sales from 1.2 million sales to 3.6 million sales.
He was also part of the nation-wide marketing program which he helped build and execute to the market in 2017 to 2019, which help the company to boost sale.
Through his pursuit and obsession of learning only from other establish trainers, it has enabled him to craft an immersive sales simulation reinforcing, the learning capabilities of his clients.
Career:
Started in Standard Chartered Bank, as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Then moved on to Industrial sales, supplying ESD protection solutions to companies like Intel, JABIL, WD, Seagate and Hp. Hence was exposed to ROSH and Clean room requirements. Hence, he was involved in JIT projects for WD, Flextronics and Plexus.
Patrick worked for Agilent to be part of the logistics team to coordinate with the various manufacturing lines to ship parts all over the world. Back then they just started to shift from SQL to Oracle.
He next worked for the South Korean Government, as a Trade Liaison between South Korean SME and the Malaysian Business owners.
His final positions were at the Country Level, as a Brand Manager, working for a fortune 500 company. Part of his job was also to train sales staff, customer service, distributors and wholes sales on the systems and products that the company has to offer.
Now, as a trainer, he shares with people from all walks of life his experiences, and bringing impact to their lives.
Career Mile Stones:
- Manage to secure a deal for the ESD solutions worth Rm3mil for the company with a huge margin of 50%.
- Done deals at 8 figures in USD, while working with the South Korean Government as a trade liaison.
- Was also involved in the foundation project for KL Sentral and Nu Sentral, which a project over USD 1 million.
- Big Distributor growth for the company for 2016 to 2018. Having sealed 2 new distributors, and grew their sales to be 300% from any existing distributors.
- Having grown other distributors by 20% year on year for 3 consecutive years.
