Train the Trainer is a course that is specially designed to help trainers improve their skills for training others. This program will not only improve your skills but will also improve your confidence that is needed to train students with different types of behavior and attitudes
This Train The Trainer programme provides you with the necessary tools to initiate and implement workplace training, plus to evaluate the learning effectiveness towards continuous improvement. It helps you to transfer the required knowledge & skills, plus the expected behavioural change to the target audience via a step-by-step learning methodology.

Methodology
Over this intensive workshop, delegates will go through all the fundamental and this is a highly interactive course based on the application of theoretical concepts of training to practical area for trainers. Participants will work in small groups throughout the course to apply the learning. Practical exercises and case studies will be used extensively during the course

Mr. Jeya has been a professional trainer for the last 25 years and his area of expertise is in Creative Thinking, Mind Mapping, Speed Reading, Presentation Skills, Memory, and Train the Trainer. Jeyaraman has a versatile background having served in insurance, sales & marketing, teaching, and training and development over the last 17 years with both local and multinational organizations.
He has trained in 9 countries, namely, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, India, Brunei, Thailand, Cambodia, China, and the Maldives. He is highly passionate about human potential and believes that anyone can achieve 'Peak Performance' with the right attitude, guidance, and knowledge. He strongly believes that every individual is capable of maximizing his or her own potential and talent to achieve excellence and they should continuously pursue the creative discovery of their abilities.
He is passionate about the area of mental skills and would like to see more people exposed to such skills that can help them bring out their hidden potential. He has had experiences in the teaching and marketing area from the time he started his career in many different facets from insurance to food manufacturing. He has taught more than 69,500 participants skills like low profile selling, mind mapping, creative thinking and problem solving, memory, and also speed reading.
