
Overview
Microsoft POWER BI DESKTOP is a data visualization tool that can be used to connect information from various sources and compile them into insightful business reports for more effective decision-making.
It's easy to use and doesn't require any expertise in analytics or coding. Power BI Desktop is the main tool for creating reports and dashboards with Power BI. You can create and edit datasets, reports and interactive visualizations while customizing them based on a user's needs.
In this 2-Day session, participants shall receive a comprehensive rundown of the basic functions in POWER BI and POWER QUERY EDITOR for efficient data modelling.

Who Must Attend

Methodology
Participants work on datasets ranging from conventional data to big data during the 2-day training. They undergo strict step-by-step instruction-led coaching to achieve the intended outcome of each dataset for each of the course modules.
This course covers the installation of Power BI Desktop.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Required setup before the training:
1. Participants are to download and install Power BI Desktop on their training machines from https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/getting-started-with-power-bi/.
Please note this is crucial because the participants.
Power BI Desktop is expected to be running on the first day of the training.
2. If the participant has 2 computer monitors, it is advisable that both monitors are used for the training.
The training is data and graphics-intensive; and multiple screens will be opened by the participant during training.
3. Participants will be requested to share their screens on quite a number of online assignments.
The trainer encourages all participants to switch on their cameras to increase the participative rate of the training as the learning is carried out workshop-style.

Vincent brings to you his 20+ years of work and training experience in multiple industries where he was in charge of financial and business reengineering functions.
