This training focuses on Key Performance Indicators, also known as KPI or Key Success Indicators (KSI), help an organization define and measure progress toward organizational goals.
Once an organization has analyzed its mission, identified all its stakeholders, and defined its goals, it needs a way to measure progress toward those goals. Key Performance Indicators are those measurements.

Joanne has over 15 years of experience in organizational development, training and human resource management in the areas of recruitment, performance management, training and development, and succession planning. She spent 7 years as a Human Resource (HR) practitioner in a multinational corporation with stints in HR corporate, factory as well as Sales. She is an accredited MBTI Trainer.
Some of her accomplishments included an enhanced performance management system which included a post evaluation that was recognized as a best practice by the company’s headquarters in Switzerland design and implementation of career ladder, with a deeper succession planning process.
Joanne was a training consultant for outdoor experiential learning programs specialized in leadership and team building, She has facilitated outdoor experiential learning for the Rotary’s Youth Leadership Program and the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM)’s Tun Razak Youth Leadership Program. Other projects that Joanne was involved include facilitating feedback sessions for teams and on a broader scale, employee feedback sessions for organizations, MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) team awareness sessions and facilitating the development of shared values for organizations.
Joanne has also trained managers and supervisors on Management and Supervisory Development comprising participation at the local and regional level, Performance Management, Interviewing Skills, Coaching Skills, Leading & Building Teams and HR related programs like Talent Management and HR Development Programs.

Mr Leong has more than 40 years of experience in Human Resources Director & Training Development with the Sime Darby Group. He conducted the company’s renowned management trainees program for years in building talents for the business.
During part of his tenure with the organization, he was directly under the managing director to execute a companywide Change Management program in building a high performance organization from heavy machinery industry, motor car sales and services, car assembly plant to oil and gas industry with a total workforce of more than 5500 employees.
Mr Leong is known for his resourcefulness and dedication in sharing and training talents for process improvements. His has implemented many big changes to the companies that he worked for and run many big change management campaigns successfully.
He conducted many company diagnostics in these business environment and recommended solutions for improvements and change. He was seconded as a Human Resources and Training consultant to China for 7 years. His main task is to develop talents for sucession planning, set up the proper work process and training academies around China to cater to the China Market. He is also an expert in setting up technical training centers for the organizations to run vocational education and skill training programs both in Malaysia and China.
