Raising awareness the effect of personality styles on communication and harmony at work.
Participants learn about their personal styles and those of their team members
Understand and work with styles of others
Module 2: When Values Collide
Raising awareness the effect of personal values and attitude at work.
Participants learn about their personal values and those of their team members
Participants learn to respect each other’s values
Participants learn to see how their values align to corporate values
Module 3: The Art of Flexing and Instant Rapport
Participants learn to blend their styles with those of their team
Participants are taught how to build rapport to make important interaction with others meaningful
Day 2
Module 4:Leadership Traits and Styles
Raising awareness the effect of leadership styles on communication and influence at work.
Participants learn about their own styles and those of their team members
Module 5:Situational Leadership
Understanding that different leadership styles are good for different situations.
Participants brainstorm the styles used by great leaders in their case studies
Module 6:Skill/Will Matrix
Participants debate about the importance of Skill Vs Will.
Participants learn about which leadership approach is necessary for different combination of skill/will levels.

Experiential learning with Neuro-Linguistics Programming.
A combination of Profiling Tools, Roles Play, Case Studies and Cognitive Reflection all combined in a comprehensive workbook complete with practical and written exercises.

Daniel is an International Master NLP Trainer who comes with more than 30 years experience in the corporate world; out of which, 19 years has been spent on coaching and training: on Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Coaching & Negotiation skills, Sales, Management & Leadership Skills, Course Consulting, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Sub-conscious learning skills. And in the process, continually coaching and motivating all his the coaches, mentees, staff and associates to learn, grow and expand their personal paradigms and horizons.
He also has extensive marketing and sales experience; from selling single course programs to education franchise businesses; as well as single pieces of equipment right-up to multi-million US dollar projects for more than 15 years. In his last major corporate appointment as General Manager of GEC (UK), Mahkota Technologies, he was in-charge of both local and regional sales for his Division. In his tenure, he managed over 15 different products and systems, successfully securing an annual turnover of RM60 million, for both the domestic and regional markets.
Trained under Dr Richard Bandler, Daniel is a Certified Master NLP Trainer of the National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Psychology, USA. He is also a Certified Master Conversational Hypnotherapist of the International Association of Professional Conversational Hypnotherapist, USA.
He specializes in coaching CEOs, senior managers and entrepreneurs in highly sought-after skills in areas of people management, creative and innovative skills in leading organizations. His passions are in the study and application of the latest psychologies, mental tools and techniques in reading and handling people; especially in areas of Effective Communication and Negotiation skills, Management and Leadership Skills and Sales, applying Neuro-linguistic Programming and Subconscious Learning to accelerate adult learning.
He recognizes the great potential within each individual and he believes in making a difference in one’s learning through his personalised, demonstrative, practical and dynamic approach in effective trainings. Work Experience
Dr Dass comes with 30 years of HR, Learning and Development corporate work and training experience. Early in his career, Dr Dass worked for SMEs’ and MNC before setting up his own human resource and training practice.
He worked as a HR Manager in a leading Real Estate Agency with a work force of about 500, before he moved on to Electrolux Group, as their Training Manager at the Electrolux Business School. Here, he helped to design, deliver and evaluate training programs conducted at all levels. He had personally commissioned a video shoot on operations cleaning for the cleaners which is still being used. He ran supervisory, executive and management development programs at the Electrolux Business School.
Dr Dass was the CEO and Principal of Skills and Management Institute of SKB. During his tenure, he also developed and organized conventions, boot camps for the real estate agents. He can be mentioned as the pioneer who created a systematic training curriculum for the real estate industry in Malaysia
Dr Dass also has served at leading private and public universities including institutions from Australia, UK, USA and France, who are affiliated with local universities. Some modules taught by him, includes, Change Management, Leadership, Human Resource Management, Adult and Continuing Education.
